TRAFFIC EXCHANGES
Traffic Exchanges are another way to promote almost anything! 
Most all traffic exchanges will let you sign-up for free!  You can upgrade later with your credits at some of them.  The important thing is you have to work at it and spend about an hour a day with it.  I would limit myself to 3or 4 sites at first.  Below is a list of my best exchanges and you can see some minimal profit over some time, but your main focus is to get whatever you are promoting out there so people can see it and it gets exposure.
